From Father Archer My Dear
People, Since Advent Sunday, we here at Epiphany have been exploring ways
of widening our tent in the areas of our ministry where there is need for discipline.
This will ensure that our growth is at a level of maturity and integrity that
will not only last the test of time, but more importantly, give ourselves a sense
of satisfaction that is worthy of our efforts. We should not allow the comfort
of our present state to stop us from moving forward. We would like to appeal to
you to energize yourselves so that we can move ahead with more resolve and determination
to accomplish what may seem impossible. Some fourteen years ago we were not as
far on as we are today. Accomplishing the impossible from then to now should motivate
us to move beyond where we are at present to the fulfilling of our dream, which
is to complete the infrastructure for a vibrant modern day Parish. At this
stage of our Parish' development and as desirable as it might be for changes in
personalities to occur in order to move forward, it is more beneficial for a change
in the approach to ministry that seeks for more discipline. Our participation
and involvement in the Parish needs to be more disciplined so that the desired
maturity and Integrity may occur.
Peace
and Love, Delano |
